Apply for Credit

We offer a line of credit to customers who qualify. A line of credit can be used for making monthly purchases from our agronomy center, auto repair shop, energy department, and convenience stores. You can set up a line of credit with us by downloading our credit application (PDF, 305.35 KB), the Certification of Taxpayer ID Number form (PDF, 163.16 KB), and the W-9 form (PDF, 116.53 KB), and then submit the completed forms for processing at our main office location.

Our Credit Policy is enforced on all delinquent accounts. Past due accounts make it difficult to provide necessary working capital needed to pay for appropriate inventory levels, meet payroll, maintain and provide updated equipment and facilities, retire estates and resolve equities. It should be understood that we are not a banking business, but do offer 20 to 50 day convenience credit for approved accounts.
