AGRONOMY SALES
Morris Coop Agronomy is seeking a self-motivated individual that can make an immediate impact for the position of Seed Sales/Agronomist. This position is responsible for generating sales revenue, customer service, making sound agronomic recommendations to our growers regarding seed, fertilizer and crop protection products as well as sales forecasting and reporting.
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Effectively manage accounts to satisfy customer needs
- Make sales calls to determine agronomy needs, create solutions and build long term relationships with growers generating sales of seed, crop protection and agronomy services
- Ability to identify opportunities for competitive advantages with new and existing products
- Keep current on agronomic products trends, problems, services, and resources
- Knowledge of Precision Agriculture
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent organizational skills including multitasking and prioritizing
- Willingness to work as a team member and independently, and help in agronomy operations during the busy season
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

COMMERCIAL APPLICATOR
Morris Coop is seeking a full-time Custom Applicator. This position is responsible for operating
equipment to spread fertilizers and spray chemicals on fields according to
customer work orders.
This position requires:
- Have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Must have or be able to obtain a CDL license with HazMat endorsement
- Excellent customer service skills • Possess ability to maintain records of application
- Must have mechanical ability
- Be safety conscious and able to recognize potential hazards
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Willingness to work as a team and independently.
Morris Coop will train the right person and help with required certifications.

AGRONOMY SEASONAL OPERATIONS/CDL DRIVERS
Morris Coop has opportunities for seasonal employees at our Agronomy Center, including drivers and warehouse workers.
We are seeking individuals that:
- Are self-motivated
- Like variety and flexibility
- Have excellent customer service
- Are willing to work extended hours and weekends
Duties to include but are limited to:
- Driving truck delivering product
- Operate loader and/or forklift
- Assist with equipment maintenance
- Assist with day-to-day operations
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements for Drivers:
- Have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- Have or be able to obtain a CDL license with HazMat endorsement
- Able to read maps and adhere to directions
- Able to move in and out of trucks
- Able to lift 50 pounds

AGRONOMY INTERNSHIPS
We are seeking to fill several agronomy internships at our full agronomy facility. Positions would be available spring through the summer and into fall.
Work and learn the many aspects of our agronomy center including:
- Seed treatment
- Seed delivery
- Plant & leaf sampling
- Crop scouting
- Plot seeding and upkeep
- Warehouse support
In-field application support (spreading of fertilizer & spraying of chemicals)
